Life has been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for every twist and turn.

I’m a proud mom to my long-awaited bundle of joy and wife to an inspiring Ironman triathlete.
Since 2007, I’ve been building my corporate across different industries and countries, and when my son was born, a thoughtful decision was made and I stepped back from the corporate world to be focused on my family’s well-being.

Yoga came into my life in 2010, just when I needed it most. It became my anchor during challenging times, helping me feel grounded, present, and connected. Through yoga, I not only found peace but also guidance for my physical health, mental clarity, and even my diet. Around the same time, essential oils became a key part of my wellness journey. It felt like the missing piece I had been looking for to address health issues and embrace a holistic approach to life.
